About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join a growing loan services company in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements and promoting suitable loan products.

The company provides various financial solutions including Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans and other loan-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
• Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and application processes clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns related to loan products.

Loan Products:

Candidates may be required to handle and promote products such as:

• Home Loans
• Business Loans
• Personal Loans
• Loan Against Property
• Other Financial & Loan Products

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates with prior telesales/telecalling experience, especially in the loan, banking, NBFC or financial services sector, will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic/working English communication will be an advantage.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve targets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
