💼 Job RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Fundraiser Telesales Executives to join our NGO team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with people over the phone, explaining our social initiatives, and motivating them to contribute towards our fundraising campaigns.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential donors/supporters.
• Explain NGO initiatives and fundraising campaigns clearly.
• Build a positive relationship with potential donors.
• Encourage and motivate individuals to support social causes.
• Follow up with interested donors and maintain proper records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.
• Maintain professional communication with donors.
• Work effectively as part of the fundraising team.
• 👤 Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Candidates with telesales, telecalling, fundraising, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
• Ability to work with targets.
