Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest in projects, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, including location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for scheduled site visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
