Telemarketing Executive

The role involves explaining Justdial’s products and services, generating appointments for Marketing Executives, and converting free business listings into paid and premium listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

- Generate appointments for Marketing Executives by contacting businesses with free listings.

- Convince prospective customers to register their businesses with Justdial.

- Educate customers about Justdial’s products, services, features, and benefits.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business advertising solutions.

- Convert free business listings into paid and premium paid listings.

- Explain the benefits of paid advertising and return on investment (ROI).

- Create customer interest by presenting the value and benefits of Justdial’s services.

- Manage multiple appointments and maintain effective customer communication.
