Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned hub location, explaining investment plans and business opportunities to potential customers, generating sales, and achieving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:·   

      Identify and connect with potential customers visiting the hub.

·        Promote and explain company products, investment plans, and business opportunities to customers.

·        Identify serious prospects and focus on converting genuine inquiries into sales.

·        Follow up on leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.

·        Build strong customer relationships and address their queries professionally.

·        Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

·        Ensure effective management of the assigned hub location.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:·    

    3+ years of experience in B2C sales.

·        Good communication and negotiation skills.

·        Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

·        Ability to explain investment plans and business opportunities clearly.

·        Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing sales.
