Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound sales calls and generate business opportunities for our range of wholesale products, including electronics, automobiles, refrigeration products, and other consumer/commercial goods.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers across India, understanding their requirements, presenting product offerings, converting leads into direct sales, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients to generate wholesale sales.

Generate and qualify high-potential leads through proactive phone calls and regular follow-ups.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing structures, seasonal offers, and commercial benefits clearly.

Understand specific customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions. Persuade, convince, and convert potential leads into successful completed sales orders.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal sales and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery execution.

Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term business relationships with key customer accounts. Promptly address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to guarantee complete satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive logs of outbound calls, lead statuses, customer interactions, and sales reports.

Consistently meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume targets. Identify potential new market opportunities to expand the company's client footprint across Pan India.
