The key requirements for the Control Tower Associate role are:

Salary-20k to 22k inhand 

•⁠ ⁠Candidates should have good communication and basic calling skills, as the role will primarily involve handling customer queries over calls.

•⁠ ⁠Should be comfortable with basic email writing.

•⁠ ⁠Should have basic Excel knowledge, including data entry, updating trackers, and maintaining records.

•⁠ ⁠The role will involve customer query resolution, follow-ups, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

•⁠ ⁠Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer queries simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates should have good problem-solving and follow-up skills and be able to take ownership of assigned queries until closure.

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail is important, as they may need to update trackers, maintain records, and ensure accurate information is shared with customers.

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work on multiple systems/tools should be sufficient.

Prior experience in customer support, calling, control tower, operations, BPO/contact centre, logistics, or coordination roles can be considered an added advantage.

Overall, we are primarily looking for candidates with good communication, basic calling, customer-handling, email, and Excel skills. No highly specialised technical skill set is required for this role.
