Job Description
Job Role: Telecaller – Personal Loan & Credit Card
Job Responsibilities:
* Call potential customers and explain personal loan and credit card products.
* Understand customers’ salary, employment and loan requirements.
* Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.
* Collect necessary customer information with consent.
* Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
* Maintain daily calling records and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility:
* Good communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of personal loans and credit cards.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
* Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Skills Required: Hindi communication, convincing skills, customer handling and lead generation.
