Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Find new sales leads through calls, networking, and digital campaigns
  • Meet clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead property site visits
  • Negotiate prices, deal terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date client status records in company CRM databases
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and new inventory

  • Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
