Tally Accountant

1. Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
2. Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation and GST payments.
3. Manage TDS calculations, payments and quarterly return filings.
4. Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP and ensure accuracy of financial records.
5. Prepare monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss accounts and MIS reports.
6. Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow and working capital monitoring.
7. Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and ageing reports.
8. Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and income tax return filings.
9. Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and product-wise profitability.
10. Ensure timely compliance with all applicable taxation and statutory requirements.
11. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and government departments.
12. Provide accurate financial data and business performance reports to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Experience in distribution, trading or retail accounting preferred.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and taxation compliance.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and reporting skills.
