Service Engineer

We have officially launched Blood GAs Analyser (Medical, Hospital, Healthcare Equipment) operations. We are seeking proactive and dedicated Full-Time SERVICE cum SALES Personnal to oversee and manage on-demand, on-and-off service requests within specific geographic clusters. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for scaling regional operations, maintaining high service delivery standards, and acting as the direct link between the field and our Noida Head Office.

Service Delivery: Directly oversee and execute all on-demand, on-and-off service requests within your assigned cluster, ensuring high-quality and timely fulfillment.

On-Ground Operations: Manage day-to-day regional field operations, troubleshoot live bottlenecks, and act as the primary point of contact for the region.

Vendor & Partner Management: Onboard, train, and manage local service providers, partners, or vendors to ensure seamless service execution.

Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain daily communication with the leadership team at the Noida Head Office, providing operational metrics, performance reports, and strategic feedback.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all regional operations strictly align with company standards, compliance requirements, and customer satisfaction metrics.
