Job Description
WE’RE HIRING | Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive
🏢 Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + Incentives
🕒 Shift: 11 AM–8 PM
📅 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
⚡ Immediate / 15 Days Joiners Preferred
Role:
• Handle inbound leads & customer enquiries
• Convert enquiries into bookings
• Follow up with leads & maintain CRM records
• Promote packages/upgrades
• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings/events
• Track sales activity & conversions
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in Telesales, Sales, Hospitality, Events, Banquets or Customer Service preferred
• Strong English communication
• Good customer handling & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and confident
• Basic Excel/CRM knowledge preferred
