Job Description

Operated POS terminals and cash registers to process over 150 dine-in and takeout orders daily with 99.8% accuracy.

Greeted guests warmly, answered menu and allergen inquiries, and provided helpful recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Balanced the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, reconciling cash, credit, and mobile transactions with zero discrepancies.

Coordinated with kitchen staff and servers to verify order tickets and expedite food delivery during peak rush hours.

Managed takeout and delivery packaging, ensuring all condiments, utensils, and modifiers (e.g., special dietary requests) were correct before handover
