Sales Trainer – Insurance Department
📍 Location: Noida Sector 2
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Train and develop the insurance sales team.
- Conduct product, sales process & communication training.
- Improve team members’ sales and customer-handling skills.
- Monitor training effectiveness and team performance.
- Conduct regular refresher and onboarding sessions.
- Prepare training materials and performance reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in insurance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes.
- Good team-handling and motivational skills.
