Job Description

📢 Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FSE) for the Digital Screen Advertisement Company.

📍 Locations: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon & Faridabad

👥 Openings: 40 (10 per city)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month + Incentives

🎓 Experience: 1–6 Years

🛵 Two-Wheeler & Valid License: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits and merchant acquisition for installing the

Static Banner( similar to the LED Panel) in the open or available owner's space.

Which will generate the Ad revenue nearby to 5-10k per month for them by brand advertisement.

Installation fee will be applicable.

Target the commercial marchants.

Require daily 15-20 merchants visit.

• Leads Generate - 20 leads per month and close leads

• Attend BDM-assigned meetings - 10 leads

• Collect payments and complete documentation

• Update CRM and follow up with prospects/clients.

📱 Good communication skills and willingness to travel daily are required.

🔹 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:• प्रतिदिन फील्ड विजिट करके मर्चेंट/दुकानदारों से संपर्क करना और उन्हें जोड़ना।

• मर्चेंट की उपलब्ध खुली जगह या मालिक की जगह पर Static Banner (LED Panel के समान) लगवाने के लिए जगह प्राप्त करना।

• इस Static Banner पर ब्रांड के विज्ञापन प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे, जिससे जगह के मालिक को लगभग ₹5,000–₹10,000 प्रति माह विज्ञापन आय प्राप्त हो सकती है।

• Installation Fee लागू होगी।

• कमर्शियल मर्चेंट्स और बिजनेस ओनर्स को टारगेट करना।

• प्रतिदिन लगभग 15–20 मर्चेंट विजिट करना।

• प्रतिमाह 20 लीड्स जनरेट करना और लीड्स को क्लोज करना।

• BDM द्वारा असाइन की गई मीटिंग्स/लीड्स पर जाना — लगभग 10 लीड्स।

• पेमेंट कलेक्शन एवं आवश्यक डॉक्यूमेंटेशन पूरा करना।

• CRM अपडेट करना और संभावित ग्राहकों/क्लाइंट्स के साथ नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।

📱 अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और रोजाना फील्ड में यात्रा करने की इच्छा आवश्यक है।
