Job Description
Experience: 1–3 years in B2C Inside Sales / Telecalling
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to pitch and sell our premium B2C packages to warm/hot leads. Your primary goal will be to consult potential customers, explain the value of our packages, and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call verified leads and potential customers to introduce our premium packages.
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right B2C package that fits their requirements.
- Handle objections confidently and convert leads into paid subscriptions/packages.
- Achieve daily/weekly talk-time targets and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate data and follow-up history in the CRM.
