Job OverviewWe are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under targets and consistently generate sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Handle potential customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Take ownership of assigned targets and work consistently toward achieving them.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve overall sales performance.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in target-based sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and proactive approach toward customers.
• Ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines.
