Education Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic education counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, admission processes, fees, and career opportunities.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students' requirements and provide suitable admission guidance.

• Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' academic background, preferences, budget, and career goals.
• Provide accurate and updated information about admission processes and college options.
• Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Explain course structures, fee details, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
• Maintain proper records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission/counselling team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Stay updated with latest admission notifications, counselling schedules, entrance exams, cut-offs, fees, and education-sector updates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with students until the admission process is completed.
• Requirements: 12th Pass.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents over phone and WhatsApp.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Candidate should have their own personal laptop to work on.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.

• We offer: Salary will depend on experience and expertise. Candidates with experience in NEET PG counselling or MBA admissions in India can earn up to ₹50,000 per month as their salary.
