RTO Operation Lead

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end Noida RTO operations and ensure timely execution of RC transfers, fitness renewals, duplicate RCs and HSRP.

Coordinate with customers for party peshi and resolve any documentation or process-related dependencies.

Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.

Develop and manage a robust vendor network across Noida, Delhi and Gurgaon to improve operational capacity and turnaround time.

Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, to resolve customer-related escalations and operational dependencies.

Initially manage Noida RTO operations, with additional responsibility for Delhi and Gurgaon RTOs.

· Technical Skills: Excel

· Communication Skills: Hindi speaking candidates are preferred

· Customer Backward thinking: Understands and anticipates customer needs, provides consistent quality service and maintains a strong customer-oriented mindset – The candidate is expected to understand and empathise with customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and take ownership of driving timely and effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

· Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and find creative, effective solutions – The candidate is expected to face problems head-on, proactively explore possible solutions, and seek support wherever necessary. Issues should be raised along with potential solutions or a clear assessment of the way forward.
