Field Sales Executive

               HOME TRY-ON (HTO) FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

 Role Overview

Visit customers at their homes, perform preliminary eye power checks, and help them select the right frames and lenses while driving sales conversions.

 Key Responsibilities

 Customer Appointments

• Working hours: 8 AM – 8 PM / 10 AM – 10 PM ( 9 hrs shift )
• Attend up appointments daily
• Travel to customer homes using your two-wheeler

 Equipment Handling

• Carry company-provided kit bag
• Includes:

* Refraction tools

* Machines

* iPad

* Frames and lenses

   Kit weight: 15–20 kg (optimized to 15 kg)

 Eye Check & Sales

• Conduct preliminary eye checks
• Recommend suitable frames and lenses
• Convert consultations into sales

 Lead Generation

• 60% Company Leads
• 40% Self-Generated Leads
