Line Supervisor (Food)

Supervise and manage daily production line operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Assign duties and monitor the performance of line workers to maintain discipline, efficiency, and teamwork.

Ensure all products meet company and client quality standards before dispatch.

Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per schedule.

Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments for smooth operations and timely material flow.

Maintain accurate records of production reports, shift logs, and worker attendance.

Conduct on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Ensure workplace safety by implementing and monitoring health and safety measures.

Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards on the production floor.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective or preventive measures to minimize downtime.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Report any equipment breakdowns, process deviations, or manpower issues to higher management.

Monitor the usage of raw materials and resources to avoid shortages or wastage.

Motivate and guide team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work culture.
