💼 Experience: Relevant experience in sales/team handling preferred
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives
• Drive Personal Loan & Overdraft sales and achieve monthly targets
• Monitor individual and team performance
• Ensure quality leads, conversions and consistent productivity
• Conduct regular team briefings, coaching and performance reviews
• Maintain sales discipline and ensure adherence to company processes
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and revenue generation
👤 IDEAL CANDIDATE
✔️ Prior experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft
✔️ Strong team handling and leadership capabilities
✔️ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
