Job Description
🚨 URGENT HIRING – HR RECRUITER
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 15
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
👩💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months
⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines.
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
