Job Description
Sourcing and Planning
- Meet with hiring managers to define job duties and required skills.
- Write and update clear job descriptions.
- Post openings on job boards, social media, and university networks.
- Search professional databases and use networking tools to find passive candidates.
Screening and Interviewing
- Review incoming resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone or video screening chats.
- Administer technical, language, or logical aptitude tests.
- Shortlist the best candidates for department managers.
Coordination and Hiring
- Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Handle reference and background checks.
- Negotiate salary offers and close candidates.
- Assist new hires with pre-boarding and initial orientation.
