Responsible for end to end recruitments ,HR Operations handling team members  Analyzing Hiring requirements and sourcing the profiles from Naukri portal, Indeed portal, Professional sites (Linked.in) and social networking sites(Facebook)  Experience in hiring process including sourcing, interviewing , validating genuine CV’s , salary negotiations, and closing open positions  Maintain data on various requirements, candidates , status, offers and exit  Preparing Reports on weekly ,Monthly basis for hiring process for and interview schedules  Aggressive enough to close positions before the set deadline HR OPERATIONS  Completing all the joining formalities , On boarding process  Conducting induction training sessions to New employees  Issuing ID Cards , Bank Accounts, IT Assets to the New employees  Planning and executing training sessions to employees as per the calendar  Employee Engagement Activities
