Job Description – HR Recruiter
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly hiring targets.
- RequirementsGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
