Job Description
- Loan Processing: Evaluate loan applications, check customer eligibility, and complete gold appraisal or valuation coordination.
- Operations & Documentation: Handle vaulting, sealing of gold articles, and maintain accurate ledger and data records.
- Customer Service: Welcome clients, explain loan schemes, and resolve queries regarding renewals or repayments.
- Sales & Sourcing: Promote loan products, follow up on leads, and build relationships to expand the branch portfolio.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal audit guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate freshers or 12th pass depending on the specific company or NBFC requirements.
- Skills: Good communication in local languages, basic computer/data entry knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
- Experience: Ranging from freshers (often via structured training programs) to 1–2 years in financial services or sales. [1, 2]
