We are looking for a motivated App Developer / Coder who enjoys solving technical problems and building high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing clean code, debugging applications, working with APIs, and collaborating with designers, developers, and other team members.

Role Overview

As an App Developer / Coder, you will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and improving mobile applications. You will work closely with the IT and development team to convert business and technical requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-structured code.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Develop new app features and improve existing functionality.
• Integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and other required technologies.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Perform application testing across different devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Use Git/version-control systems for source-code management.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA testers, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow company coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation where required.
• Assist with application deployment, updates, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, development tools, and coding best practices.
• Contribute ideas for improving application functionality and user experience.

Technical / Hard Skills

Required:

• Strong programming and coding fundamentals.
• Knowledge of at least one mobile development technology, such as:
• Flutter / Dart
• React Native / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Java / Kotlin / Swift
• iOS / Android
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems.
• Understanding of debugging, testing, and application development life cycles.
• Knowledge of responsive UI and mobile application development principles.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, authentication, or cloud services.
• Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of third-party libraries and SDK integration.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and application deployment.
• Knowledge of mobile application security and performance optimization.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical development skills, projects, or relevant certifications may also be considered.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, programming, or a related discipline is commonly requested for mobile-development roles.

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience in application/mobile app development.
• Candidates should ideally have hands-on experience developing and maintaining at least one real-world application.
• Freshers with exceptional coding skills and strong project experience may be considered separately.
