Female Sales Executive – Resale Real Estate
Company: NEXT2ONE REALTY
Location: Noida
We are looking for a Female Sales Executive to handle our incoming resale property leads.
Our leads come from our property advertisements. Customers contact us themselves, so this is not a cold calling job.
- ResponsibilitiesCall customers who enquire about properties
- Understand their requirement and budget
- Share property photos, videos and details
- Suggest suitable resale properties
- Arrange property visits
- Follow up with customers after visits
- Take regular follow-ups with interested customers
- Coordinate with property sellers/owners
- Keep proper lead and follow-up records
- Work towards closing the deal
- RequirementsGood communication skills
- Confident while talking to customers
- Good follow-up skills
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Responsible and regular at work
- Real estate sales experience preferred
Freshers can also apply, but only if they are serious about working in real estate and willing to learn.

Salary₹12,000 – ₹17,000 + Incentives
