Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Order Processing Executive to handle day-to-day website orders and coordinate smooth order dispatch and delivery.
- Process daily website orders accurately and on time.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and AWB numbers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for dispatch.
- Track shipments, delayed orders, NDRs, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Update order and shipment status on the website/system.
- Maintain daily order and dispatch records.
- Should have experience of amazon, flipkart or shopify
Requirements
- Previous experience using Shiprocket.
- Experience handling e-commerce website orders.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with COD and prepaid order processing.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
