Job Description

Role Overview

We're hiring an E-Commerce Manager to manage our product listings, tax and GST-related reporting, and buyer/marketplace claims across Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon. This is a high-ownership role for someone who's comfortable juggling multiple seller dashboards and staying on top of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Listings Management

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon Seller Central
  • Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and category mapping
  • Monitor listing health, fix suppressed/flagged listings, and manage catalog quality
  • Track competitor pricing and suggest pricing/promotional adjustments

Tax & Compliance Reporting

  • Prepare and reconcile GST/TCS reports across all marketplaces
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings related to marketplace sales
  • Maintain records for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B reconciliation with marketplace reports
  • Flag discrepancies between marketplace TCS deductions and actual filings

Claims & Returns Management

  • Handle buyer claims, returns, and refund requests across all platforms
  • File and follow up on courier/logistics claims for lost or damaged shipments
  • Track claim resolution timelines and escalate unresolved cases
  • Maintain a log of disputes and outcomes for future reference

General Operations

  • Monitor order flow, inventory sync, and stockouts across platforms
  • Coordinate with warehouse/packing team on order fulfillment issues
  • Generate periodic performance reports (sales, returns, claim recovery rate)
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience managing seller accounts on Flipkart, Meesho, and/or Amazon
  • Working knowledge of GST/TCS compliance for e-commerce sellers
  • Comfortable with seller dashboards (Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Amazon Seller Central)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on pending claims/tickets
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliation and reporting
  • Good written communication for handling buyer/platform support tickets
  • Nice to HaveExperience with GeM or Snapdeal seller accounts
  • Familiarity with basic GST filing software or working with a CA
  • Prior experience in IT peripherals, home goods, or industrial materials categories
