E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive responsible for managing and handling day-to-day e-commerce operations across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, seller accounts, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations to drive business growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart seller accounts.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards, account health, and performance metrics.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all marketplace operations.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across all platforms.
• Update product descriptions, images, titles, specifications, keywords, and pricing.
• Ensure accurate product information and catalogue optimization.

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock availability.
• Manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily sales, orders, revenue, and product performance.
• Analyze marketplace reports and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates.

Account Health & Customer Support

• Monitor seller account health, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Handle marketplace complaints, customer queries, and seller support tickets.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart marketplace policies.

Promotions & Advertising

• Assist in managing promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
• Coordinate and monitor sponsored product advertisements.
• Work on improving product rankings and marketplace visibility.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or relevant qualification preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of JioMart Seller Portal will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and returns.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts independently.
