Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive


Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily orders across e-commerce platforms.

• Process cancellations, returns, refunds, and RTO orders.

• Coordinate order dispatch, shipping, and delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate order and inventory records.

• Handle customer and marketplace-related operational issues.

• Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure timely action on pending tasks.

• Support other day-to-day e-commerce operations as required.


Requirements:

• Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

• Prior e-commerce experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
