E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving product visibility and rankings, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing marketplace data, optimizing listings, and developing and executing strategies to improve overall marketplace performance.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable working with large amounts of marketplace data. They should be able to identify problems/opportunities from reports and convert insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra through data-driven strategies.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, inventory & marketplace performance and prepare reports.
• Plan, manage & optimize PPC/ad campaigns, budgets, keywords, bids, ROAS and ACOS.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO & listing optimization to improve visibility, rankings and conversions.
• Manage pricing, promotions, competitor analysis and marketplace trends.
• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including catalog, inventory, account health and support issues.
• Plan and execute new product launches and strategies for improving underperforming/high-potential SKUs.
• Coordinate with design, warehouse, inventory and other teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and growth.
• Continuously identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
