Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects through paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and manage leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Test different ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure proper lead tracking and timely distribution of leads to the sales team.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and real estate marketing strategies.
