Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect materials, documents, files, parcels, and other items from designated locations.
  • Deliver materials safely and on time to customers, vendors, offices, or other company locations.
  • Transport materials between the company’s different branches, warehouses, offices, and project locations.
  • Verify the quantity and condition of materials before collecting and delivering them.
  • Obtain signatures, delivery acknowledgements, or other proof of delivery when required.
  • Maintain proper records of materials collected and delivered.
  • Handle company materials carefully to avoid loss or damage.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
  • Perform basic office support tasks such as photocopying, filing, arranging documents, and other assigned duties.
  • Coordinate with office staff, stores, accounts, and other departments regarding deliveries.
  • Follow company safety and security procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
