🚀 Hiring: International Outbound Calling ExecutiveUS Medical Insurance / SSDI Process📍 Location: Noida Sector 63

🔥 Job OpportunityWe are looking for International Outbound Calling Executives to join our team and work on US Medical Insurance / SSDI processes.

If you have strong English communication skills and experience in US outbound voice, medical insurance, or SSDI, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the international BPO/healthcare process.

  • 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers/clients in the US.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate process-related information clearly.
  • Handle queries related to US Medical Insurance / SSDI processes.
  • Perform eligibility verification and assist with relevant healthcare processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
