Role:-

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Academic Counsellor with strong experience in sales, convincing, counselling and admission closing.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle all CRM leads in real time - call, counsel, follow up and convert. Convert leads into centre visits and admissions. Handle objections and confidently close admissions. Segment leads and identify high-potential students. Build partnerships with nearby coaching institutes, schools and educational organisations. Onboard partners into our Affiliate/Referral Program. Regularly organise and conduct career & skill workshops at partner institutes to generate leads. Manage the complete process: Collaboration → Workshop → Leads → Counselling → Visit → Admission. Track leads and admissions generated through each partnership.

Must Have:-

1–3 years experience in education sales/admissions/counselling preferred. Excellent convincing & sales closing skills. Confident communication and public speaking. Experience conducting offline workshops/presentations. Strong follow-up and target-oriented mindset. Comfortable with CRM sales + offline lead generation. Salary ₹20,000–₹25,000 + Performance Incentives
