Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Customer Support / Helpdesk Executives with strong communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will handle customer queries through calls, email, chat and helpdesk/ticketing systems, resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Helpdesk / BPO / Call Centre.
* Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.
* Good Hindi & English communication.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Basic computer & CRM/ticketing knowledge.
* Immediate/short notice candidates preferred.
