Sales & Marketing Manager

Develop and execute sales strategies for Government, B2B, institutional, and private-sector customers.

Identify and participate in relevant Government tenders, e-tenders, GeM opportunities, and institutional procurement.

Manage the complete tender process, including opportunity identification, documentation, quotation preparation, submission, follow-up, and order closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Government departments, hospitals, diagnostic centres, corporates, institutions, and private healthcare organizations.

Generate new leads and develop a strong B2B sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of medical/healthcare products, diagnostics, laboratory equipment, or medical devices.
• Good understanding of Government and private-sector procurement processes.
• Experience in tender management and B2B/institutional sales.
• Knowledge of GeM and government e-tender portals will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business development and target-achievement orientation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, tenders, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Education & ExperienceGraduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the medical, diagnostics, healthcare, or medical equipment industry.
• Prior experience handling Government tenders + B2B + private healthcare sales preferred.
