Job Description

We are looking for a CRM & Customer Support Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries and communication through WhatsApp, phone and our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer chats and enquiries.
  • Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
  • Update customer information, conversations and lead status in the CRM.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, pictures, pickups and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the internal team and keep customers updated.
  • Ensure no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead stages regularly.
  • Handle routine customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Follow the company's communication processes and templates.
