Job Description: Team Leader – Collections (Loan Recovery)
About Fairdebt Solutions Private Limited
Fairdebt Solutions Private Limited provides data-driven, compliant debt recovery solutions for leading fintechs, NBFCs, and digital loan apps across early-to-late recovery buckets.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Team Supervision: Lead 15–25 Tele-Collection Executives; drive daily login hours, call volumes, and floor productivity.
- Target & Portfolio Recovery: Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets across assigned fintech loan app portfolios (Buckets 0 to 3+ & NPA).
- PTP & Quality Control: Conduct call audits, barge-ins, and daily huddles to improve pitch quality, negotiation, and PTP (Promise-to-Pay) conversion.
- Escalations & Settlements: Manage escalated borrower calls, payment link generation, and settlement approvals.
- Compliance Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to RBI Fair Practices Code and ethical collection guidelines (zero tolerance for harassment).
- Reporting: Track agent-wise targets vs. achievements, PTP conversions, and daily recovery reports in MS Excel.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in Tele-Collections, with 1+ years as a TL / ATL in fintech, NBFC, or agency handling loan recovery.
- Domain Knowledge: App-based digital loans, bucket movement, PTP tracking, and settlement workflows.
- Skills: Strong team leadership, negotiation, proficiency in MS Excel/Dialers, and fluency in regional languages (Hindi/English).
- Education: Any Graduate or Higher Secondary with relevant collections TL experience.
