🚨Direct Hiring: Team Leader – Credit Card Sales
Process: Multiples Credit Card Sales
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 to 35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
- Achieve team sales targets and monitor daily performance.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Handle sales follow-ups and resolve team-related issues.
- Maintain daily sales reports and performance trackers.
- Ensure proper customer handling and adherence to the sales process.
💼 Required Knowledge
Candidates should have good knowledge and experience in Credit Card Sales, preferably with:
- SBI Credit Cards
- IndusInd Bank
- HDFC Bank
- YES Bank
👤 Preferred Skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong sales and team-handling abilities
