CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE

We are MB Metayarn Pvt Ltd, a 40+ year-old metallic yarn (zari/Lurex) manufacturer in Noida Sector 138 — 1,000+ clients across India, with exports to UAE, Nepal, Bangladesh, Jordan and Myanmar.

We're hiring a Client Relationship & Collections Executive to own client relationships and payment collections for our wholesale and export buyers — not a telecaller role, but ownership of how we keep clients close and money flowing in on time.

This role is NOT a fit if:

- You've only done B2C/consumer or loan-recovery calling

- You've never personally owned payment follow-up for business clients

- You're looking for a remote/WFH or pure back-office role

This role IS a fit if:

- You have 2+ years recovering overdue payments from business/wholesale clients

- You can be firm on money without damaging a long-term client relationship

- You want to own a system, not just dial a list
