Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join Empire Groupe AVHM Global. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating business opportunities, handling clients, closing property deals, and achieving sales targets.

• Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth property-buying experience.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Previous experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong client-handling and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
