Position Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US Staffing

Job Purpose

The Business Development Associate (Fresher) will undergo intensive training to learn the mechanics of the US IT staffing industry. Your primary focus will be supporting senior sales leaders in lead generation, market research, cold outreach, and pipeline building. This is an entry-level career track designed to transition you into a full-scale international B2B sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Identify prospective US companies and target hiring managers using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo, and internal databases.
• Map out corporate structures of target clients to find the right decision-makers (IT Directors, VPs, Talent Acquisition Managers).
• Maintain accurate databases of potential leads, email addresses, and phone numbers in the company CRM.

Outreach & Inside Sales Support

• Initiate contact with prospects through heavy cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Pitch the company’s staffing services professionally to hook prospects and schedule introductory calls for senior Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Follow up consistently with leads to keep our services top-of-mind.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply). Prior internship experience in inside sales, customer service, or international voice processes is a major advantage.

• Excellent English Communication: Flawless spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent to converse effectively with US-based corporate professionals.
• High Energy & Resilience: Comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily and handling initial rejection with a positive attitude.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts, IT terminologies, and international business dynamics.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn CRM tools.

Work Logistics

• Shift Requirement: Absolute willingness to work fixed night shifts to align with US business hours (EST/CST/PST).
