BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & FACTORY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Loneranger India is a growing motorcycle riding gear and apparel brand with its own manufacturing facility in Noida.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and highly hands-on Business Development & Factory Operations Manager who can take ownership of both B2B sales growth and production operations.

This is NOT a pure sales or desk-based job.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth

• Personally grow our B2B dealer network across India.
• Develop new dealers and markets.
• Increase business from existing dealers and reactivate inactive customers.
• Follow leads, orders and payments aggressively.
• Identify new B2B, institutional and private-label opportunities.

Factory & Production

• Take responsibility for day-to-day production execution at our Noida factory.
• Plan work and ensure productive utilisation of tailors and production staff.
• Monitor daily production targets versus actual output.
• Identify and solve production bottlenecks.
• Improve productivity, discipline and accountability.
• Reduce idle time and unnecessary overtime.
• Ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.

External Production & Vendor Development

• Identify reliable garment/job-work manufacturing units.
• Develop outside production capacity when our in-house capacity is insufficient.
• Visit and evaluate vendors and negotiate job-work rates.
• Follow outsourced production through to timely completion.
• Ensure required quality standards are maintained.

Who We WantWe are looking for a doer and problem solver, not someone who only supervises or prepares reports.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, commercially sharp, strong at follow-up and hungry for growth.

You should be comfortable speaking to dealers, working on the factory floor and visiting outside manufacturing units whenever required.

Experience in garments/apparel, bags, luggage, footwear, automotive/motorcycle accessories or another manufacturing business would be preferred.
