🌙 Shift: US Night Shift – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

🎯 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Sales / Business Development

About the RoleHanux Learning is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to sell professional training and certification programs to customers in the United States.

You will speak with US customers, understand their career and certification requirements, recommend suitable programs, handle objections, follow up with prospects and convert leads into paid enrollments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand customer career goals and training requirements.
• Recommend suitable certification and training programs.
• Explain program benefits, pricing, schedules and enrollment process.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• Handle customer queries and sales objections.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer relationships during the initial onboarding process.

• Requirements6 months–1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales or International Sales.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based customers.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of sales closing techniques.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Willingness to learn professional certification and training programs.
• Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, International Sales, US Sales, Training Sales or Certification Sales is preferred.
