Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting, billing, documentation, bank reconciliation, and other financial activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Record receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory records.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist senior accounts team members in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
• Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, ledger, and reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
