Job Description
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Record receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting entries.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding billing and payments.
Support senior accountants in audits and financial closing activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
